Learn everything about repairing and/or building credit

you can delete the public record, BK.you can delete the collections. It should take you about 90 to 120 days to do all of it. but your balances are to high. If you go to a lawyer they will charge you 1500 to 3000 to remove. 9.99 for all information. The only way to get you ballances down is to open a secured credit car to offset ballances or to get a tradeline about 800 it will cost.
Hope I helped.

That is illegal. Especially if they already filed the papers of bankruptcy. They cannot add on any new debt to their already filed papers. Her lawyers probably would advise her that they cannot add any new debt, if that fell through, this is very illegal. Tell someone who can do something. That is very unfair to people who are busting thier ***** to make ends meet and their own car payments.

No .The only income you have is what you earned and has nothing to do with Ch.13. I know someone who filed a few years ago on a payment plan and their only income is what they earned and nothing from bankrupcy.

After taxes. Doesn't matter if you pay for something when you buy it or after you file bankruptcy, you pay taxes on those earning either way. You'll love this too. If any of your debt was forgiven, you pay income taxes on that too. Doesn't pay to go bankrupt.

Feeling Mutual's post is absolutely correct. Your attorney gives and "estimate" of what your plan payment is going to be, when it comes down to the confirmation, the trustee is the final decision maker on how much you pay. Sorry, but that's how the chapter 13 works. The trustees look at everything and compute the figures by your income and everything else that is required to come up with that payment amount. With the new laws now, the bankruptcy law makes it tough to file a chapter 7, and really leaves minimal amount of money to do anything in a chapter 13, other than pay the debts thru the plan. The only thing you can have your attorney do at this point would be to see if you can convert to a chapter 7, the IRS debts would still be due, and based on your information, if the trustee objected, you probably wouldn't qualify for the chapter 7. You surely could ask, all they could say is no. Having the case dismiss brings back all your debt put interest. I would suggest cutting back on things that you really don't need. I know with the economy it is tough, but...filing a chapter 13 or a chapter 7 is never a walk in the park. You can review this website....www.bcsalliance.com and read up on some information on bankruptcy, as well as Good Luck!
