I lost my job and the house I was living in was sold. My dad lives in Florida and is not well. I filed Chapter 13 last year and I need to know how this will effect it if I move.

    Since bankruptcy is filed in Federal court, it will follow you no matter where you live in the US.

    Not at all as long as you keep making the payments

    I think you have to notify the court of where you’re moving to, then just keep up with the payments.
