Yes. If the bankrupycy has been discharged. Yes but your credit rating might make it harder, just offer to pay 3 months as a deposit.
when you go into bankruptcy your house is protected from anyone throwing you out because you can’t pay. These days homes are taking a real long time to sell.
Would not be prudent….not at this juncture…..
