Boo asked:

I’m looking for a private lender to fund a single family home purchase in upstate new york. I have 60k steady annual income. My Chapter 13 bankruptcy and bad credit history make conventional lending impossible. I desperately want to be in my own home. I currently pay $900/mo in rent and would much rather be making payments towards my own hown, while repairing my credit. I know that such lenders are out there. I am just having a hard time finding lenders and not scammers! Can anyone help?

are you serious? Do you have any money down or are you thinking prince charming will appear to rescue you? I have worked hard to get the money down to keep my credit good it’s no picnic. You will have to figure out a better way than to ask for it with your credit history who can trust you let alone scammers
