Ok so in November 08 I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy. I went to the 341 hearing on dec 23. I have a court date for jan 21 for confirmation of plan. I got a letter today from the trustee and it has all this legal jargon I don’t understand. It says:

Trustee’s objection to confirmation
Comes now M. Elaina Massey, chapter 13 trustee in the above referenced case, and objects to confirmation of the proposed chapter 13 plan for the reasons stated herein:
DEBTOR DOESN’T PROPOSE TO PAY ALL DISPOSABLE INCOME INTO THE PLAN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE UNSECURED CREDITORS.
Wherefore, the Trustee moves the court to inquire into the above objections, deny confirmation of the proposed plan, or dismiss the chapter 13 case.
Does that mean I’m already denied the plan? Help! I’m still barely paying my regular bills now and I can’t afford to be digging that hole again!!
