We can barely make our minimum payments each month. We have about 50,000 in unsecured debt. If we don’t qualify for chapter 7 and file chapter 13 what will our payment be each month? All we care about keeping is our house. I have been reduced to tears all day about this. I feel like such a fool for getting into this mess. Also, we have about 3,000 in a savings account. Should we take this out and stash it?
